Power Supplies Warranty Program:
Amity Labs power supplies purchased directly from us or through our online stores are covered by a service warranty. We try to keep it "best in industry" and simple. Here are the terms:

180 days warranty from date of delivery covering DOA and failure under normal use.

Warranty is void of the damage is due to misuse:

High operating temperature
-
Excessive load at the service voltage (e.g. powering a 1400 Watt S9 with a 1200 Watt PSU)

Water, snow or salt spray damage

Excessive accumulation of dust, pollen, midges or other mining air quality problems

For institutional clients, the warranty excludes damage from accidents:

AC surges from tripping breakers or lack of surge protection at the panel

Structural failure or fire at the point of use

Defective units replaced or refunded (your choice) at no cost other than return shipping.

There are no restocking or other hidden fees.

The service warranty is complemented by a no-hassle 30-day returns policy. As long as the PSU is undamaged, you can return it for a full refund (minus the cost of return shipping) for any reason during the first month of use after delivery.

Power Supplies RMA Process:

If you ordered your PSU from our online store on eBay, Amazon, NewEgg...etc. you can return it using that online store automated returns system. Go to your order history - usually there is a "return/replace" button next to the picture of the item you ordered - and follow the directions for return or replacement.
